Solo artists
Performers, composers and producers with original steelpan-led work or a clear idea for a game-ready collaboration.
Open call for steelpan artists worldwide
Players, arrangers, composers and steelbands: we want to hear what you have made.
Real steelpan music belongs at the centre of Riddim Rabbit. Whether you record in a Trinidad and Tobago panyard or a bandroom elsewhere in the world, your work could be a fit for the game.
The soundtrack starts with the artists
Steelpan is the reason Riddim Rabbit exists. It drives the notes players hit, the stages they visit and the sound of the whole game.
We are looking for music with a clear voice. Send an arrangement your band loves, an original tune, or an idea you want to develop with us. Soca, calypso, jazz, electronic, orchestral and other styles are welcome when pan has a real musical role.
Who can submit
You do not need a label or a large following. You need music you are allowed to share and a steelpan part worth hearing.Artists can submit from anywhere. We review music for possible selection or collaboration, but a submission does not guarantee a place in the game.
Performers, composers and producers with original steelpan-led work or a clear idea for a game-ready collaboration.
School, community, university, professional and independent bands with their own sound, story and repertoire.
Creators who can shape memorable pan music around a scene, difficulty curve, character or interactive rhythm.
Vocalists, instrumentalists, DJs and cross-genre teams where steelpan remains a genuine part of the musical idea.
What works in a rhythm game
A great rhythm-game track has identity, movement and enough space for play. It does not have to sound like anything already in the game.
An original, well-recorded track you control and would like considered for gameplay, menus, trailers or another part of the project.

How submissions are reviewed
We listen for musical fit first. If we hear a possible place for the track, we contact you before anything is used.
Send a concise introduction, listening links, credits and the rights information you know.
Our team reviews musical fit, game use, recording quality, distinctiveness and clearance needs.
If there is a fit, we contact you about the intended use, files, timing, credit and proposed terms.
Music enters production only after permissions and a written licence or collaboration agreement are in place.
What happens to your rights
Sending us a link only gives us permission to review the music. Ownership stays with you, and we cannot use it in the game without an agreement. If we want to move forward, use, compensation, credit, duration, territories and required files will be discussed and agreed in writing.
We do not charge artists or bands to send music for consideration through this invitation.
A submission is for review only. We will not release or place your track without the necessary agreement.
Samples, cover songs, guest performers, publishers and co-writers must be declared and properly authorised.
Accurate artist, performer, composer and arranger information matters. Tell us who made the work.
Questions before you submit
A complete submission means we can spend our time listening instead of asking for missing information.
No. We welcome steelpan artists and bands from across the world. The project is rooted in Trinidad and Tobago, and we value applicants who approach the instrument and its history with respect.
You may share it for context, but inclusion depends on all necessary permissions. Clearly identify the original composition, your arrangement and every party whose approval would be required.
Any compensation, fee, royalty or other consideration depends on the proposed use and will be discussed before an agreement is signed. There is no payment simply for submitting, and no application fee.
Yes, with an authorised adult, school or guardian handling the submission and any later agreement where required. Please do not send personal information about minors beyond what is necessary for the initial review.
Yes. Use a private listening link, label it clearly as unreleased and tell us who is authorised to discuss it. Do not send anything you are not permitted to share.
We will review submissions around the game’s production needs. Because volume and timing can vary, we cannot promise an individual response or a placement, but shortlisted artists will be contacted directly.
Ready when you are
Send up to three tracks, tell us who made them and explain who controls the rights. A short introduction is enough.
